We'll talk format, dates, and logistics
We discuss what setup your space requires, which dates work, and how to format the night for your crowd. We've done this enough to know what drives bar revenue and what doesn't.

We show up and run the show
We arrive early, set up without disrupting your bar, and run a professional 3-hour show. Your staff focuses on serving drinks. We handle everything on the entertainment side.

Can we book PopUp Karaoke for a weekly residency?
Yes — weekly and bi-weekly residency bookings are available. We already run a regular night at Flights Taproom in Hammond, so we know exactly how to build and sustain a loyal weekly karaoke crowd. Contact us to discuss dates and terms.
What equipment do you bring?
Everything. Professional PA system with subwoofer, two wireless microphones, a large display screen for lyrics, and professional stage lighting. You don't need to own or provide any AV equipment.
How much space do you need?
We can work in most bar layouts. At minimum we need a 10×10 ft area for setup and a clear sightline for the screen. We'll talk through your floor plan before confirming the booking so there are no surprises on the night.
Do you handle promotion for our bar night?
We promote our residency events on our social media channels and in the PopUp Karaoke app. That drives our existing fanbase to your venue. We'd also recommend putting it on your own channels — we can provide you with graphics and copy.
Do you do one-off bar nights or only recurring bookings?
Both. We do single-night events for grand openings, sports viewing parties, special occasions, and holiday nights. And we do ongoing residencies for venues looking to build a regular entertainment night.
What areas do you serve?
Northwest Indiana (Hammond, Merrillville, Crown Point, Valparaiso, Munster, Highland, Schererville, Griffith, Gary, Portage, Lansing) and the greater Chicago area. If you're outside this range, contact us — we may still be able to work something out.
