Mobile Karaoke for Weddings
Your wedding reception is the one event where every person in the room — grandparents, groomsmen, flower girls, coworkers — needs to have a great time. Karaoke does that. It gets people on their feet, breaks the ice between families meeting for the first time, and creates moments nobody expected.
PopUp Karaoke handles everything — professional host, full PA system, stage lighting, two wireless microphones, and a library of 75,000+ songs covering every decade and genre. You just supply the singers.

Why Couples Choose PopUp Karaoke for Their Wedding
We've done it before. Wedding receptions are different from bar nights — pacing matters, timing matters, knowing when to drop the energy and when to bring it back. Our host handles it like a pro.
Veteran-owned reliability. Show up on time, set up clean, execute the plan. No day-of surprises.
75,000+ songs means no one gets left out. Grandma can sing Patsy Cline. The groomsmen can battle through Bohemian Rhapsody. The flower girl can belt out Taylor Swift. We have it all.

We Play Every Wedding Venue
Real Wedding: Schererville Reception, 85 Guests
Porter County, IN · Saturday Evening
The situation: Amanda and Chris wanted something different for the after-party portion of their reception. Their DJ was great for dancing, but they wanted a 2-hour window late in the evening where guests could take center stage. The venue had a strict 11 PM noise cutoff.
What we did: We set up alongside the DJ rig, ran a pre-planned song list that Amanda had submitted two weeks out, and let the host manage the queue. The mother-of-the-bride sang "I Will Always Love You." The groom's best man did a surprisingly solid "My Way." The whole room was on their feet by 9:30.
"I was worried it would feel cheesy but it was the highlight of the night. My mom still talks about it. Our guests are asking us to do karaoke at every party now." — Amanda R., Schererville, IN
Wedding Karaoke FAQ
How does karaoke work at a wedding reception? +
We integrate seamlessly around your wedding timeline. Our host coordinates with your planner and DJ to find the best window — typically after dinner service, during the after-party, or cocktail hour. Guests sign up to sing, we manage the queue, and your host keeps the energy up between performers. It never feels chaotic — just fun and memorable.
Will karaoke work with our DJ or band? +
Absolutely. We work alongside your DJ or band — not instead of them. Karaoke typically fills a specific window (cocktail hour, after first dances, late-night after-party) while your DJ handles the rest of the night. We coordinate timing before the event so everything flows smoothly.
Can we request songs in advance? +
Yes. When you book, we set up a request list so you and your guests can submit songs ahead of time. Couples often pre-load 20–30 must-plays so the night hits all the right moments — from the couple's song to the groomsmen's choice to grandma's favorite.
How far in advance should we book? +
Summer and fall wedding weekends fill up 4–8 weeks out. We recommend booking as soon as you have your date confirmed — especially for Saturday evenings between May and October. Have a shorter timeline? Reach out anyway and we'll do our best to make it work.
What if our venue has noise restrictions? +
Just let us know the venue rules and we'll work within them. We've performed in spaces with strict decibel limits, no drilling, outdoor-only sound restrictions, and more. We can also provide a certificate of insurance if your venue requires one.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance? +
Yes — many wedding venues require a COI. Just let us know the venue's requirements when you book and we'll have everything ready before the event day.
