Is the PopUp Karaoke app free?
Yes — completely free to download and use. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no hidden fees. Just download and go.
Is the app available on Android?
The Android version is currently under review and coming soon to Google Play. Sign up to be notified when it launches: contact us here and mention Android app.
Do I need the app to attend a PopUp Karaoke event?
Not at all. You can still walk up and request songs the traditional way. The app just makes it faster and more convenient — especially if you want to see exactly where you are in the queue.
Does the app work at private events, not just bar nights?
Yes. The app works at any PopUp Karaoke event — bar nights, weddings, birthday parties, corporate events. As long as our KJ is running the show, the app is live.
Can I use the app to request songs before my event?
You can browse and save favorites any time. Live request submission and queue tracking activate once you're connected to an active event session.
I'm hosting an event — can my guests use the app?
Absolutely, and we encourage it. When you book PopUp Karaoke for your event, we'll share the session link and code so your guests can download and connect before they arrive.
