PopUp Karaoke, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you use popupkaraoke.net or interact with our services.

Information you provide directly — when you submit a booking request, song request, or contact us:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Event details (date, location, type, expected guests)
  • Song requests and dedications
  • Any other information you choose to share with us

Information collected automatically — when you visit our site:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time on site, referrer URL
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) for analytics and ad measurement

Payment information — payments are processed by Square. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account information, or full payment credentials. We may receive a confirmation token and partial billing information from Square solely for booking reconciliation.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide quotes
  • To process and manage bookings
  • To send booking confirmations, event details, and follow-up communications
  • To improve our services and website
  • To send promotional emails (only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following categories of service providers, and only as needed:

  • Square — payment processing
  • FormSubmit — form delivery to our email
  • Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) — site analytics
  • Meta (Pixel) — ad measurement and audience building
  • Email and hosting providers — infrastructure

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure site performance, and personalize advertising. Everyone: You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from marketing emails by contacting us directly.

6. Data Retention

We keep booking records and related communications for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and customer service purposes. Marketing list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the providers (typically 14–26 months).

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No internet transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on our homepage or sent via email when possible.
