About the 18th Street Brewery Residency
18th Street Brewery is one of Northwest Indiana's most celebrated craft breweries — and Wednesday nights belong to karaoke. PopUp Karaoke has been the resident host at 18th Street's Miller Beach taproom, turning the space into one of the region's best weekly music experiences.
Every Wednesday we roll in with a full concert-quality rig: pro speakers, LED stage lighting, multiple wireless microphones, and a 75,000+ song library spanning every genre and era. The setup turns 18th Street's taproom floor into a real stage. Regulars know it. First-timers are hooked by song two.
Whether you're a confident singer or someone who's never touched a mic, Wednesday nights at 18th Street are a no-pressure, all-fun environment. Our host keeps energy high, the crowd cheers everyone on, and the excellent craft beer doesn't hurt.

The Venue
18th Street Brewery's Miller Beach taproom sits in the heart of Gary's most vibrant neighborhood, right along Miller Ave. The space has an open, energetic feel — high ceilings, great acoustics, and a crowd that comes to have a genuinely good time. It's been named one of Indiana's top craft breweries multiple times, and their tap list changes seasonally so there's always something new to try while you wait for your song.
